QuickMemorial

Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Service Description

QuickMemorial provides a platform for creating permanent memorial web pages for deceased loved ones. Memorials are hosted as static HTML pages on GitHub Pages and are intended to remain accessible indefinitely.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • A free tier is available with limited features (1 photo, watermark)
  • Paid tiers are one-time payments β€” no subscriptions or recurring charges
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • All prices are in USD

3. Refund Policy

If your memorial fails to publish due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund. Once a memorial is successfully published, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@quickmemorial.com for refund requests.

4. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for the content you submit. Memorials must not contain:

  • Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Harmful, abusive, or hateful content
  • Content created for anyone other than a deceased individual
  • Spam, advertising, or promotional material

We reserve the right to remove memorials that violate these guidelines.

5. Hosting & Availability

We aim to host memorials permanently, but we cannot guarantee perpetual uptime. Memorial hosting depends on GitHub Pages availability. We will make reasonable efforts to migrate memorials if hosting infrastructure changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuickMemorial is provided β€œas is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
